Please read these “Terms and Conditions” carefully before placing any orders, good and services from MamaDiet. Upon placing an order, you agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use policy.

Orders

Only pre-orders are accepted (one day before and the cutoff time is valid before 6pm). However, customers and members can decide their meal starting date if only fulfilled                  the pre-order cutoff time and date regulations.

Meals

Please notify us prior to ordering if customers have any food allergic. MamaDiet cannot guarantee that any of the meals are free of allergens.

 Payments

Payment can be made by bank transfer to our company’s bank account once confirmed order.

Meal Carry Forward

MamaDiet accepts any customers’ meal to bring forward but the carry forward duration must not more than 1 weeks (for Weekly Package)/ more than 2 weeks (for Monthly Package). Notification of carry forward of the next day must be before 6pm through WhatsApp +60174917914.

Public Holidays

MamaDiet still providing services in every public holidays.  Please ensure to notify us for carry forward the meal in Public Holidays and if there is no notification, there is no “Auto Carry Forward” and your meal will be considered delivered on the current day. Our business “Off Day” will be notified in Whatsapps, Facebook & Instagram. Meal will be “Auto Carried Forward” when MamaDiet “Off Day” only. 

Menus

All of our menus images are for illustration purposes only. our daily menu might be updated from time to time and the Website menu might be updated after And not live. however the macros and portions will be sticked to the packages ordered.

Cancellation

The subscription is not refundable but can be transferred for others without any charges.

Lunch: 10am-1pm ;

Dinner: 4pm-6.30pm

We aim to provide best delivery service as possible. However, delivery time may vary due to unavoidable external factors, such as traffic conditions and weather. If food is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service: +60174917914. We will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. 

 Please ensure that you provide an accurate address and telephone number to ensure that your meals arrive to the correct location. MamaDiet will not be responsible or bear any cost if address given is incorrect or inaccurate. MamaDiet will not be responsible for late delivery due to the incorrect information/address or instructions provided by your end. 

You are responsible to be available at the time of delivery and ensure adequate arrangement is made. All risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery. In any event where we are unable to reach you, we will attempt to contact you at the phone number given and if you are still unreachable, the order shall de deemed delivered and you will be liable for its payment in full as if you had received the order. We shall not be held responsible for your failure to provide adequate access or arrangements for delivery.

 Complaints

We target to respond to your complaints within 2 business days. Please address all complaints to our customer service.(Whatsapps/Email Address/Facebook). MamaDiet seeks to provide a quality service and will be the first contact in event in there is a problem with your meal either in regards to food quality.

We do monitor our chefs very closely and it is of utmost importance to us that they comply with our standards providing best food quality to serve your healthy lifestyle and appetite. Please let us know if you have any comments relating to our food in order to maintain our food quality from time to time.

 

Miscellaneous

We have the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to edit, redact, re-categorized, screen or delete any contributions that are deemed inappropriate or in violation of this Agreement.

We reserve the right to alter or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.
